It's official!

Well...last time I told you that I had news. I feel now that I can share the good news with everyone:

I am now the new Head Football Coach at Calvary Murrieta High School!

What an amazing adventure this will be. I have had the most amazing mentor to prepare me for this new chapter in my life...my dad. I can not begin to tell you how appreciative I am for what he has done for me this last year. He has taught me the ins and outs of what it takes to be a head coach. He has provided me the information and tools that I will need to do the best job that I can. Boy-howdy do I have some shoes to fill!! He'll tell you that he only wears a size 10 1/2, but I feel like I'm walking in the footsteps of someone who wears size 10,000! I am going to do all in my capability to make my father proud of me. The Lord has blessed with me with my dad and my brother who I can rely upon for the X's and O's (except for week 2...that's when the Warriors play the Knights for Round 2 of "The Full Armor Game"). So come one, come all to cheer on the Knights and the Warriors as we walk in the footsteps of our "Football Papa".

Where in the World is Cameron San Diego?

I must sincerely apologize for my recent, almost four week absence. Things have been nutzo (yes, that's a word) in finishing the football season, finishing the semester at school, and so much more! There has been a lot going on, but I will not bore you with any of that. I have been blessed so much by my wonderful wife. She has been so patient with me in my busyness. So, this is a just a quick note to say that I am still on the planet, and will be with you shortly, as I will have news to share in the very near future. Stay tuned...and in the mean time, may the Lord bless you, watch football, and study your American history!
